Since its beginnings in 2010, HSBC Service Delivery (Polska) Sp. z o.o. has expanded ten times, currently employing 3,000 ambitious individuals and continues to grow. It is one of the most diversified HSBC’s service centres in terms of scope of activities performed – our people range from technologists transforming the banking experience to operations professionals managing 1.7 trillion payments a year. HSBC Service Delivery (Polska) Sp. z o.o. is the engine that drives HSBC, making the bank simpler, better and faster for the customers and colleagues; providing services in 11 languages to HSBC entities located in 27 countries.
Alex has worked for HSBC for more than 18 years in a variety of roles, mainly within Operations, and throughout this time she was based in Germany, Luxembourg, Mexico and Poland. She joined HSBC in Krakow for her first time in 2014/15 to support the set-up of Global Banking & Markets Securities Operations and ever since she has closely cooperated with the centre contributing to its further development. In 2017 she became Centre Director and since then she has been driving the ongoing growth of HSBC business in Poland.
