EWA SZALEWSKA is an experienced HR practitioner, a business and NGO professional in this field. She has a substantial change leadership experience gained in diverse, fast-changing, multi-cultural environments.
Ewa spent over 20 years of her career working in various people functions, both in FMCG and SSC multi-national companies, holding various roles in talent management, organisational change, in building employer branding, etc.
Currently, Ewa is Head of HR in HEINEKEN Global Shared Services where she leads the People Function in times of dynamic changes and developments of their organisation.
In her work, she is driven by the belief that everyone can have their impact on the environment they are in and that if we want to see a change, we need to start from ourselves.
Ewa is also a great believer in exchanging thoughts and experiences. This is why she acts as a coach and mentor in different non-profit organisations.
Last, but certainly not least - Ewa is a strong advocate of balance in life, and works on making the workplace an inclusive and respectful environment - for everyone.
