On his role, Rafal plays a vital role in helping the biggest Microsoft customers in Poland achieve digital transformation, drive change management, and enable them to realize real value from their digital investments.
He joined Microsoft in February 2019 after over 20 years of experience in Construction and Real Estate sector. For 15 years, he worked as CIO in big Polish and European companies in that sector. He managed many IT implementations and integration projects in international companies.
Rafal holds, among others, a Kielce University of Technology Master of Science, Kozminski University post Graduates Degree, The Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw post Graduates Degree.
